Wishful Thinking - Inspired by the feeling of hoping for the best but expecting the worst.

Plateau - Inspired by the community in Montreal where I spent two weeks on my dear friend Lola’s couch.

Streetlamps - Inspired by the mood of Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside late on a rainy night.

Ya Win Some Ya Lose Some - An alternate take on “I’ve Never Been In Love Before” told by someone who has experienced and lost a few loves along the way.

Peddler Pete - A character piece for a man I saw from a bus window smirking in the April sun as he sold single cigarettes of all varieties on Main and Hastings.

Colin’s Coffee - Upon befriending each other Colin and I quickly learned that we shared a love for the delicious hot beverage. The alliteration was too good to resist.
